Maintains excellent grooming and personal conduct according to Soboba Casino Standards.Assists with Advertising and Promotions with advertising input.Assists with off premise promotions and events.Works with Director of Marketing or Marketing Manager to coordinate creative product and productions.Responsible for establishing an excellent rapport with guests.Contributes regularly to the creation of new special event presentations and special promotions.Helps supervise the organization and implementation of all promotions.Provide input for advertising of promotions.Write and submit STGC Notifications and Submissions to gaming compliance.Reviews upcoming events and activities to keep guests informed.
Applies positive communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with guests, (internal and external) at all times.Execution and implementation of all casino promotions.Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service. Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions. Execution includes, but is not limited to hosting events, conduct and oversee departmental promotions, information distribution of current and upcoming promotional events. Initiates promotions and events from start to finish. The Promotions Coordinator assists in the planning, execution of promotions and events as per Policies and Guidelines.
